Andy Marcus is a seasoned professional in customer operations and entrepreneurship, currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations at me&u since November 2023, where the focus is on enhancing the food experience for over 6000 bars, pubs, and restaurants. Prior to this role, Andy held the position of Director of Customer Operations at Mr Yum and was the Founder and Operations Manager at Sprout, a marketing cloud solution for agencies and software companies. Andy also founded MyGuestlist, a pioneering platform for guestlist and reservations that expanded internationally. Additional experience includes ownership of Syntac Ventures and a role in E-Biz at Agilent Technologies. Andy holds an Applied Science degree in Software Engineering from RMIT University.
