Sandra Brown

Sandra Brown currently serves as Head of Operations and Regional Safeguarding Lead at Mears Group PLC since August 2022. Prior to this role, Sandra was a Safeguarding Business Partner at Parkdean Resorts from August 2021 to March 2022. Sandra also held multiple positions at Northumberland Church of England Academy Trust over a twelve-year span, including Safeguarding and Compliance Director, Director of Learner Welfare, and Student Support Manager. At Hirst High School, Sandra worked as Senior Pastoral Mentor/HOY Manager and Safeguarding Lead from 2005 to 2009, and earlier in Sandra's career, an Emergency Medical Technician role was held at North East Ambulance Service from May 1991 to November 2005.
