Ashley Conner

Ashley Conner is an accomplished executive with significant experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Mears Group, Inc., since January 2019. Previously, Ashley held roles such as Senior Vice President of Operations at InfraSource and Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Mears Group. With over a decade at ConocoPhillips, responsibilities included leading teams as a reservoir engineer and development supervisor, overseeing oil, gas, and NGL production projects in the Permian Basin, and contributing to the strategic planning during the spin-off of Phillips 66. Ashley holds an Executive MBA from Rice Business and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
