Brad Over

Brad Over is a Safety and Quality Director for the Central Region at Mears Group, Inc. since December 2018, previously holding the position of Safety Director for Pipeline and Facilities. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Safety Director for Elkhorn Pipeline Services from July 2015 to December 2018, overseeing safety operations across all service areas nationwide. At Elkhorn Construction, Brad progressed from Project Coordinator to District Safety Manager from June 2010 to July 2015, gaining extensive expertise in safety audits, OSHA regulatory compliance training, and development of safety programs. Early career roles include Construction/Maintenance Technician at Lakewest Apartments and Apprentice Piping Designer at PRO CAD, Inc. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration from Colorado State University, earned in 2011.
