Devyn Allen is a passionate leader in low voltage and electronic security, currently serving as the Security Division Manager at Mears Group, Inc. With a proven track record in sales, project engineering, operations, and service delivery, Devyn previously held roles as Security Engineering Manager at LINX LLLP and Security Manager at Kenny Electric. They are dedicated to fostering strong culture and sustainable processes that empower teams to excel, believing in the importance of support, challenge, and purpose to enhance both customer experience and team growth. Devyn is also pursuing an Associate's degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology from the Community College of Denver.
