Ryan Schweitzer

Ryan Schweitzer currently serves as the Corporate Director of DOT Compliance at Mears Group, Inc. since December 2023. Prior to this role, Ryan held several safety management positions, including D.O.T Compliance Manager at Underground Construction Co., Inc. and Site Safety Manager at Helix Electric. Ryan's experience encompasses implementing safety best practices, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety standards across various organizations. Educational qualifications include a Safety Certification in EHS from UC San Diego and an Associate's degree in Computer Aided Drafting from Vatterott College.
