Samar Qubain

Samar Qubain is an experienced Program and Project Manager with a diverse background in telecommunications and engineering. Currently serving as a Sr. Program Manager at Mears Group, Inc. since May 2021, and a Project Manager at MasTec Utility Services since October 2019, Samar oversees the management of fiber contracts and maintains daily communication with customers and internal teams. Previous roles include project management positions at QualTek, where responsibilities focused on large-scale cell site modifications for AT&T, and at ExteNet Systems, managing comprehensive project workflows from inception to close-out. Samar began a career in RF engineering, holding positions at companies such as TWS International, Nortel, Sprint PCS, and LCC, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from George Mason University and further education at the Florida Institute of Technology.
