Sheree Agee, MBA, is a Senior Project Controls Manager with extensive experience in managing project budgets, schedules, and risks. They oversaw project controls at Caydon USA and led teams at Teal Construction Company and Gallagher Construction Company, implementing strategic improvements that enhanced forecasting and reporting accuracy. Sheree currently works at Mears Group, Inc., where they continue to apply their expertise in project controls.
