Tonya Chustz

Tonya Chustz is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Business Unit Controller at Mears Group, Inc. since September 2020, Tonya previously held significant positions, including Director of Accounting at Superior Energy Services, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing accounting functions for North American businesses and managing merger and acquisition reporting. Prior to that, roles included Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for a $2B oil and gas services company and Accounting Controller at both Warrior Energy Services and Integrated Production Services, where Tonya led finance functions and team management. Earlier career experiences include positions at Exterran, The Grocers Supply Company, and Deloitte & Touche, alongside foundational work at Louisiana State University. Tonya Chustz holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University.
