Troy Rouse

Troy Rouse, COSS, currently serves as the Senior Safety and Environment Health Manager at Mears Group, Inc. since August 2012, where responsibilities encompass developing and implementing safety and environmental procedures, conducting accident investigations, and ensuring compliance with laws. Previously, Troy held the position of Training Manager at HeavyCert, collaborating with USAID and international governments on construction management curriculum integration. As the Corporate Training Director at the Oklahoma College of Construction, program development and training delivery in various construction disciplines were primary duties. Troy also served as a Heavy Equipment Specialist in the US Army from February 1989 to January 1997. Troy Rouse earned a vocational degree in OSHA Law from The University of Texas at Arlington between 2011 and 2013.
