Tyler Hill

Tyler Hill, MBA, PMP, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in engineering and military leadership. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Mears Group, Inc. since January 2018, Tyler oversees large horizontal directional drilling projects, managing schedules, personnel, equipment, and inventory control. Previously, as a Project Engineer at Paloma Energy Consultants from 2013 to January 2018, Tyler successfully executed over $2 million in offshore construction projects, created project budgets, and tracked costs. Tyler's earlier role in the US Navy from 2008 to 2013 includes serving as an Officer in Charge, managing up to 160 trainees, and as a Surface Warfare Officer, directing operations aboard the USS Iwo Jima. Tyler holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
