Daan Luining

Daan Luining is the Founder and CTO of Meatable, a company dedicated to revolutionizing the meat industry by producing 100% real, guilt-free meat through cellular agriculture. With a strong background in research and technology, Daan previously served as the Research Division Director at the Cellular Agriculture Society, where collaboration and innovation in cellular agriculture technologies were promoted. Additional experience includes roles as a board member of the Cultured Meat Foundation, a Research Strategist at New Harvest, and various research and technical positions at several prestigious institutions, including Maastricht University, VU Medisch Centrum, and Leiden University Medical Center. Daan holds a Master of Science in Biological Sciences from Leiden University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biological and Medical Laboratory Research.
