Dimitri Deflo has extensive experience in IT and SAP management, currently serving as Teamleader for the IT product team focused on supply chain and SAP management at Meat&More since August 2020. Dimitri's career began as a Developer at Vandekerkhove NV and continued in various development and analytical capacities at Balta Group and IVC Group. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Katholieke Hogeschool Kortrijk, completed in 1999.
