Ruben Baes currently serves as Team Lead Learning & Development at Meat&More since February 2024, where responsibilities include strategically establishing the internal training framework and developing effective training programs that align with legal requirements and organizational goals. Prior to this, from February 2019 to December 2022, Ruben held the position of Category Manager EHSE at Amelior - Improve Every Day, overseeing the coordination of extensive training programs for various safety and environmental certifications and ensuring quality control and stakeholder communication. Additionally, Ruben served as Learning and Development Manager at Amelior, providing support for both open courses and tailored training interventions, and held leadership roles at ACV Oost-Vlaanderen, managing a diverse team and developing educational initiatives related to labor legislation and social issues.
