Michael Decourcey

Michael DeCourcey is the Vice President of Engineering at Meazure Learning, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Michael co-founded RichRelevance in May 2007 and served as Vice President of Platform Engineering until October 2022, where RichRelevance became a leader in omnichannel personalization, supporting over 230 multinational clients with significant sales impact. Previous experience includes founding FortisForge LLC, working as a Senior Engineer at BEA Systems and Plumtree Software, and holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University, earned from 1996 to 2000.
