David Bates

David Bates is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background in mechanical supervision and quality control. Currently serving as Superintendent at MEB since April 2020, David previously held the position of Superintendent/Quality Control at Ulliman Schutte Construction from December 2017 to April 2020. Prior roles include Mechanical Superintendent at Crowder Construction Company, Mechanical Foreman/Plumber/Pipefitter, and skilled trade specialist at General Motors. David began the career at NCR Corporation as Output Control Manager and has substantial experience as a plumber/pipefitter at Adams Robinson Construction. Education was completed at Miami University from 1977 to 1980.
