Mindy H.

Mindy H. is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in the HR industry, currently serving as the Founder and Fractional People Leader & Advisor at Agile in HR since December 2021. Mindy holds positions including VP of Customer Strategy and Operations, and Product Marketing Consultant at MeBeBot, where efforts focus on enhancing employee experiences through AI technology. As a prolific writer and public speaker, Mindy has contributed numerous articles on Agile practices, Human-Centered Design, and digital transformation. Additional roles include advising for multiple organizations such as Overalls and PeopleTech Partners, serving as a Board Member for Love Justice International, and providing HR advisory services through GLG. Mindy also held the role of Interim Head of People Ops at Care.com.
