The Company's investment lies in Advent Energy Limited (Advent), which is an oil and gas exploration and development company with onshore and offshore exploration and near term development assets around Australia. Its focus is on the exploration program of Advent project's Petroleum Exploration Permit (PEP) 11, Exploration Permit (EP) 325 and EP 386. The Company's PEP11 is an exploration permit prospective for natural gas located in the Offshore Sydney Basin. Advent holds EP 386, which is a petroleum permit in the Western Australian section of the onshore Bonaparte Basin. Advent, through subsidiary Onshore Energy Pty Ltd, holds approximately 100% of each of EP 386 and Retention License (RL)-1 in the onshore Bonaparte Basin in northern Australia. The Company's activities are conducted primarily in Australia.
