Mecatraction
Aurelien Besse has extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement at Mecatraction since March 2008, where responsibilities have included overseeing the industrialization and new works engineering office, process maintenance, and infrastructure. Aurelien has held various roles such as Chef de produit, managing product life cycles in tooling, railway, and aerospace sectors, and was also responsible for marketing and development of crimping tool ranges for the Sicame group. Prior to Mecatraction, Aurelien served as a research and development engineer at CEGERS Tools from March 2005 to February 2008. Aurelien holds a degree from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, completed in 2004.
