Mindy Dao

Mindy Dao currently serves as the Partnerships & Activations Coordinator at Melbourne Food & Wine, with a tenure beginning in November 2024, and as a Store Host at MECCA Brands since October 2022. Prior to these roles, Mindy was the Administration and Events Assistant at The Peter Doherty Institute for Infection and Immunity from February 2023 to November 2024 and the Placement Officer at the University of South Australia from February 2021 to December 2022, facilitating over 3000 education placements.
