Wes Doty

Wes Doty has extensive experience in sales and leadership roles. Wes is currently working as the Sales Director of North America at Mech-Mind Robotics since May 2023. From June 2020 to May 2023, Wes served as the Director of Sales - North America at Barksdale Control Products. Before that, from April 2018 to June 2020, they worked as the Director of Sales at READY Robotics. Wes also had a long tenure at KEYENCE CORPORATION, where they held various roles such as Senior Area Product Sales Manager, Sales Specialist, and Area Product Sales Manager from 2007 to 2018. Wes demonstrated effective sales leadership, managed a large team, achieved quota attainment, and played a crucial role in strategic growth initiatives.

Wes Doty completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations, General from Purdue University in the years 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including PMC Level I and PMC Level II from Pragmatic Institute in March 2022, as well as Leadership Training for Managers from Dale Carnegie Training in November 2020.
