Digitized HVAC Systems:

We document and study existing HVAC and supporting power systems. We believe that increasing system knowledge is the foundation to decarbonizing the places where we live and work.

“The energy we consume is locked in the geometry of our systems” – Scott Williams, C.Tech

As factory-trained experts in rooftop, chiller, boiler, and heat pump systems, our core mission is to increase site-specific product and application knowledge of mechanical equipment technologies through the digitization of HVAC systems, preparing building owners for energy retrofits.

Our Process:

BORP® – Building Operations Resource Platform is the process of mapping technical data with digital twins (3D virtual models).

Digitize – Site scanning and technical documentation services of building systems. Creation of digital twins and restoration of HVAC system technical data, including equipment performance curves, wiring diagrams, dimensions /weights, balancing and testing reports, etc.

Organize – Map the digital twin with HVAC technical details.

Analyze – Conduct technical review with building owners of existing equipment-system configurations, capacities, turndown ratios, sequences, wiring diagrams, commissioning and equipment history. Analyze incoming retrofit proposals against their Building Operations Resource Platform to assess feasibility and project planning.

Decarbonize – Fuel switching and energy optimization scope is ready for application review with Save On Energy by IESO and Enbridge Gas commercial retrofit program.
