The problem we're solving: the best diagnostic knowledge in most service organizations lives in a few people's heads. When those people retire or leave, it walks out the door with them. The traditional approach to training and knowledge transfer doesn't scale.

Mechro captures that institutional knowledge and makes it available to every technician at the moment they need it. Each ai agent is trained by the customer's own subject matter experts, learns from every confirmed fix, and keeps proprietary data within the customer's environment.

We work directly with OEM service teams to build, validate, and deploy these agents. If your organization is running into diagnostic knowledge gaps or technician ramp-up challenges, we'd like to hear about it.
