Frank Lock

Frank Lock is an experienced operations manager with a robust background in the pharmaceutical sector, currently serving as the Contact Center Operations Manager at Med Communications, Inc. since October 2020, where responsibilities include co-leading a global outsourced contact center project for a major pharmaceutical client. Prior to this role, Frank Lock held various leadership positions at AstraZeneca from 1997 to 2019, where achievements included managing the US Information Center and overseeing a $10 million budget while leading a team of 12 employees and 100 outsourced staff.
