Justin Sharp

Justin Sharp is the current Senior RCM Director at Med USA. Justin has previous experience working as an Operations Manager at R1 RCM from April 2019 to September 2020. From August 2016 to March 2019, they were Sr. Operations Lead and from February 2016 to August 2016, they were Operations Lead. Before that, they worked as a Revenue Cycle Analyst at HealthRise Solutions from January 2015 to February 2016 where they were responsible for capitalizing on opportunities with partner health systems in an effort to improve revenue cycle performance and efficiency. Justin was also Informal leader of denials management team focused on reducing payer denials while increasing efficiency of hospital billing resources. Additionally, they were responsible for identifying opportunities for new and improved revenue cycle processes to create revenue lift. Before HealthRise Solutions, they worked as a Finance Intern at Sparrow Health System from January 2013 to December 2013 and as Client Services at CBCS from January 2012 to December 2012.

Justin Sharp earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Grand Valley State University.
