Aadhar S. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth and strategy across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Growth & Strategy in the Office of the CEO at Medable, Inc. since November 2021, Aadhar previously held various leadership roles at Accenture Strategy from June 2014 to November 2021, including Director and Manager of Growth Strategy, Competitiveness & Innovation. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Clinical Scientist and Clinical Scientist at Bristol-Myers Squibb, as well as a Graduate Pharmacy Intern at Walgreens Pharmacy. Aadhar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with concentrations in Finance, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, along with a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Rutgers University.
