Sina Mossayeb

Sina Mossayeb has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Consultant for USAID, conducting education sector assessments. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Researcher and Teaching Fellow at Columbia University. In 2010, Sina joined International Medical Corps as a Design Consultant. Sina then moved on to become the Director of Innovation at Navanti Group, where they developed innovative strategies and managed various responsibilities such as product management and marketing. From 2011 to 2017, Sina worked at IDEO as the Global Systems Design Lead, focusing on human-centered design and organization development. Following that, they joined Expa as the Vice President of Special Projects & Advisor until 2020. In 2019, Sina became the Chief Creative Officer at Aero, leading their creative team and overseeing design, customer experience, and product partnerships. Lastly, in 2020, they assumed the role of Chief Design Officer at Medable, Inc. Overall, Sina Mossayeb has demonstrated expertise in design, innovation, and strategic leadership throughout their career.

Sina Mossayeb received a Ph.D. in Comparative and International Education/Sociology from Columbia University in the period from 2005-2010. Prior to that, they completed a BA degree at the University of California, Los Angeles from 1998-2000.
