Thomas Grunwald

Thomas Grunwald has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Thomas started their career as a Postdoctoral Scientist at the University Hospital Hamburg Eppendorf in 1996 and then moved on to the MRC Centre for Protein Engineering in 1997. After that, they worked as a Senior Research Scientist at the Fraunhofer Institute for Silicon Technology from 2000 to 2003.

In 2003, Thomas became the Managing Director of eBiochip Systems GmbH. Thomas then joined Tolerogenics SARL as a Consultant from 2016 to 2018.

In 2004, Thomas started working at PLS-Design GmbH, first as the Head of Laboratory until 2006. Thomas then transitioned to the role of Management, staying with the company until 2016. During this time, they also worked as a Consultant from 2016 to 2018.

In 2011-2012, they furthered their education at The Open University, completing a degree in MSc International Finance and Management.
