Medacrii provides executive coaching and strategic support to CEOs, Principals, boards and senior leaders across Further Education.

Founded by Dr Maxine Room CBE, a former FE CEO and Principal who has led three major mergers and multiple institutional transformations, Medacrii exists to support leaders navigating pressure, complexity and change.

This is not generic corporate coaching.

The work is grounded in lived FE leadership experience and focuses on:

• strategic decisiveness in challenging times
• merger and turnaround leadership
• organisational and cultural change
• authentic equality, diversity and inclusion
• high-trust support for senior leaders carrying complex institutional responsibility

Medacrii works with individuals and leadership teams who require experienced, candid and sector-specific support.
