Jim Roman's work experience is as follows:
- From 2011 to present, they have been the VP of Business Development at MedAcuity Software. Jim played a key role in expanding the company's revenue and client base, bringing on 35 net new clients and growing the company to over 130 employees.
- From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Business Development Consultant at MP Associates. Jim helped clients develop sound business strategies and secure financing and corporate sponsorships.
- From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Foliage Software Systems. Jim successfully established the Homeland Security sector for the Aerospace and Defense division and revitalized the Medical division, bringing on multiple Fortune 500 clients and generating over $2m in revenue.
- From 2004 to 2006, they served as the Director of Mid-Range Business at Adesso Systems, Inc. Jim established a presence in the midrange market segment and exceeded sales performance.
- From 1999 to 2003, they were the CEO of Just Access, Inc. Jim successfully challenged a legal monopoly in the live event ticketing market, raised funding, and led the development of a proprietary system.
Jim Roman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Miami University.
