Amanda Pedersen

Amanda Pedersen has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Amanda began as an After School Youth Counselor for the YMCA of Greater Houston in 2013. In 2014, they became a Technology Support Technician and Campus Technology Specialist for Goose Creek CISD. In 2021, they joined Medal.tv as a Technical Support Specialist and Shockbyte as a Support Operator, where they provide Minecraft, ARK and Rust Server Support, responds to customer support requests, identifies customer needs, and applies troubleshooting procedures.

Amanda Pedersen graduated from Goose Creek Memorial with a High School Diploma in 2013. In 2017, they obtained a CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA.
