Wayne Li is an accomplished professional in operations and care management within the mental health sector, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Headspace since November 2021. With a focus on scaling operations, driving efficiency, and enhancing commercial growth, Wayne has previously held leadership roles at Ginger and Kaiser Permanente, successfully managing diverse teams and implementing strategic initiatives that have significantly improved service delivery and patient access. Wayne's educational background includes dual Executive MBA degrees from Cornell University and Smith School of Business at Queen's University, alongside a Master's in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's in Cognitive Science/Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
