Erika Repass

Erika Repass is an experienced professional in technology delivery and recruitment, currently serving as the Manager of Technology Delivery at Medasource since June 2019. In this role, Erika recruits Health IT and Life Sciences consultants for over 150 enterprise clients, conducts thorough screening and assessment processes, and maintains relationships with consultants throughout engagements. Erika's expertise includes a wide range of skill sets such as Project Management and Data Analytics, as well as supporting various technologies like Epic and Cerner. Previous roles include leadership positions at Alpha Phi International Fraternity and internship experience at American Health and Wellness Group. Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University and has completed educational sessions at the University of Canterbury and the University of Chicago.
