John Langlands

John Langlands has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry and academia. John founded Langlands & Associates Consulting Inc., where they provided services in the development of new medicines, including clinical pharmacology, regulatory affairs, and strategic and operational management. John also served as Co-Founder & Advisor at MedaSystems. Additionally, John held the position of Vice President, Preclinical Development at Naegis Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Senior Director of Clinical Research at Inflazyme Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Furthermore, they worked at the University of South Wales as a Program Authority and Senior Lecturer in Pharmaceutical Medicine & Drug Development, where they introduced new courses and aligned the curriculum with international standards. Throughout their career, John Langlands has received recognition for their excellence and innovation in teaching.

John Langlands completed their education as follows:

- From 1982 to 1985, they attended the University of Sunderland and obtained a BSc degree in Pharmacology.

- In 1985, they enrolled at the University of Strathclyde and completed their PhD in Respiratory Pharmacology in 1988.

- Following their PhD, from 1988 to 1992, they conducted Postdoctoral Research as a Fellow at The University of British Columbia.

- In 2013, they received a qualification in TEFL/TESOL from TESOL EXPRESS.
