Jeffrey Castillo

Castillo is the Chief Executive Officer of Medaxis, a standalone wound care company formed from Medela. They previously served as Executive Vice President and General Manager for the Americas at Medela from 2021 to 2024. Their career includes leadership roles at Merz North America as Executive Vice President (2020–2021), Abbott Medical Optics as Vice President of Commercial Operations, Americas (2012–2015), Ethicon as Regional Business Director (2003–2008), Johnson & Johnson as Sales Representative (1991–1993), and Procter & Gamble (1987–1990). They earned an MBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business (2005–2007).
