Lisa Schmitz

Ms. Schmitz oversees the MedBridge Patient Services Department which is responsible for ensuring the financial viability of surgical cases at centers and collecting patient balances. Her team verifies insurance benefits and communicates financial responsibilities to patients for their surgeries, evaluates overhead costs against insurance contract rates and expected reimbursement, and completes patient requests, disputes, and questions. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UC Santa Barbara and is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
