Benjamin Austin

Benjamin Austin has extensive experience in various roles at different companies. Benjamin started their career at InterVarsity Pioneer Camp Ontario in 2017, where they served as a Special Needs Coordinator, responsible for the safety and care of children and adults with special needs during an 8-week camp. Benjamin also worked as a Section Head, overseeing and managing a team of employees and taking care of administrative tasks. Additionally, they served as a Maintenance and Grounds Keeping Foreman, handling repair and maintenance projects with minimal supervision. In 2019, they were promoted to Assistant Director, where they provided training, mentoring, and support to employees while ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting. In 2020, Benjamin joined MedChart, initially working as a Medical Record Specialist and later becoming a Team Lead.

Benjamin Austin obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from McMaster University, completing their studies from 2016 to 2020.
