Michael Kern

Michael Kern, a CPA, currently serves as the Controller at Medchat since August 2022. Prior to this role, Michael held positions as the Director of Finance and Controller at CIMcloud from April 2018 to August 2022. Michael also worked as a Tax Staff Accountant at EY from July 2016 to April 2018. Michael started their career as an Audit intern at EY in June 2015. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Accounting and Finance from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
