Rick Pott is a dynamic, results-driven leader with global experience in Fortune 500 and private equity–sponsored organizations. Earlier, they held various finance and strategy roles at Grainger, including CFO, International Finance (2016–2018). They earned a B.S. in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (1999–2003).
