AJ Reiter

AJ Reiter has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Director - Strategy and Organizational Transformation at MedCrypt since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Accenture as a Manager, where they focused on global business process design and digital transformation for Fortune 50 and Government entities. They also gained experience in net-new business capture and existing footprint expansion. Before that, they held the position of Management Consultant at Accenture.

AJ Reiter has also worked at The Hackett Group as a Senior Consultant and Consultant. In these roles, they were involved in leading global process redesign projects, emphasizing business process design, technology selection, and change management. They were successful in achieving a 94% procurement automation rate, resulting in $5M savings. They also served as the project lead for a large pharmaceutical company's global vendor risk process.

Earlier in their career, AJ Reiter worked at NextFED as an Analyst. In this role, they led the development of financial models and analysis for buy-side investment banks, resulting in successful acquisitions for private equity clients. They also built and maintained client relationships in the government services sector. They proposed and led the integration of database operations onto a cloud server to modernize the company infrastructure.

AJ Reiter began their career as a Market Research Intern at Penn Schoen Berland, where they supported the team with data analytics, created comprehensive formats for clients based on incoming data, and tested surveys for proper execution and readability for desired groups.

AJ Reiter attended Georgetown University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a degree in Economics. In terms of additional certifications, AJ Reiter obtained the Coupa Platform Certification from Coupa Software in July 2019. Furthermore, they obtained the Coupa Sourcing Optimization certification and the Contract Lifecycle Management-Standard certification from Coupa Software in June 2021 and July 2021, respectively.
