Daniel Beard

Daniel Beard has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Daniel joined MedCrypt in 2020 as a Senior Software Engineer. Prior to that, they served as the Director at MedISAO starting in 2016, where they coordinated and managed an Information Sharing and Analysis Organization focused on Medical Device Cyber Security. Daniel also worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Promenade Software from 2014 to 2021, designing custom software solutions for clients' needs, particularly in the medical device industry. Before that, Daniel was the sole proprietor of White Hat Design from 2004 to 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Software Engineer at Source Scientific from 2010 to 2013, building and testing embedded software on medical devices. Their earliest work experience was as a Software Intern at WebVisible from 2009 to 2010, where they developed and maintained internal web applications. Daniel has expertise in various programming languages and a strong focus on security, regulation, and quality assurance in software development.
