Mike Kijewski has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mike is currently the CEO of MedCrypt, a company that focuses on securing medical devices from cybersecurity threats. Prior to that, they worked at Varian Medical Systems as a Quality Analytics Portfolio Manager and a Product Manager. Mike also founded Gamma Basics, which developed software applications for radiation safety compliance and linac data management, and was later acquired by Varian Medical Systems. Mike Kijewski has a background in healthcare management and entrepreneurship, having obtained an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Mike has also worked as a Medical Physicist at Veritas Medical Solutions and Atomic International. Earlier in their career, they served as a Physics Instructor at Downingtown Area School District.
Mike Kijewski completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics at West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2001 to 2004. Mike then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Medical Physics (MMP) degree from the University of Pennsylvania between 2008 and 2010. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they attended The Wharton School, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Health Care Management and Entrepreneurship.
