Yael Bettesh has extensive experience in leadership and operational roles across various sectors, particularly in healthcare and technology. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at MedDev Soft since June 2020, Yael leads strategy and business development in software for the medical device industry. As an Independent Strategic Consultant for accompanista since March 2016, Yael specializes in developing strategic plans and improving performance for organizations of all sizes. Previously, Yael held the position of CEO at Connect Workspace, where entrepreneurial skills were utilized to establish and manage co-working complexes. With a solid foundation in human resources, Yael served as Director of the National Customer Service Center and Director of Human Resources at Clalit Health Services, gaining expertise in service management, HR strategies, and operational efficiencies. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Health Systems Management from Ben-Gurion University and a Bachelor’s in Business and Management Studies from the College of Management.
