Senior Service Desk Analyst at Medecision

John Carmody has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. John currently holds the position of Senior Service Desk Analyst at Medecision, where they have been employed since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Red River as a Service Desk Analyst from December 2019 until March 2020.

John has also worked at Daisy Brand for a significant period of time, holding various roles. John started as a Lead Quality Analyst in June 2007 and later became a Quality Supervisor in August 2013. From May 2016 to December 2019, they served as a Service Desk Team Lead in the same company.

In addition, John worked as a Maintenance Tech at Greystar from October 2006 to June 2007 and as a Processor at Americana Foods from December 2004 to October 2006.

John Carmody completed their education in the field of Information Technology. From 2014 to 2015, they attended Southern New Hampshire University and earned an Associates in Information Technology. John continued their studies at the same institution from 2015 to 2017, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology.
