Bernard Weill

Bernard Weill is the Président of ECMS Consulting, a role held since 2019, where they advise business leaders on change management and industrial strategy optimization. Since 2020, they have also served as the National Delegate Mediator for Business Mediation at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Recovery. Their extensive career includes a position as Director of Human Resources and Industrial Projects at PSA Peugeot Citroën from 1977 to 2019, and as HR Senior Vice President for the India Pacific region at Groupe PSA from 2018 to 2021. Bernard is actively involved in leadership roles within the Mouvement des Entreprises de France as Président of the Board for Malakoff Humanis. They hold multiple engineering degrees and a mediation certification from renowned institutions.
