FRANCK TOFFA

Franck Toffa is the General Manager at ECS Langues & Communication, responsible for developing language training in France with a focus on sustainability. They previously served as General Manager for Pelikan, MBP Group, and held various roles including International Development Director at Safexis Europe and COO at Renaud - Distribution. Franck has a strong educational background with a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Paris IX Dauphine and a Maîtrise de Gestion from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne. Additionally, they are President of Arenas Participations and a member of the administration councils for Les Acteurs de la Compétence and Mouvement des Entreprises de France.
