Philippe Frey

Philippe FREY currently serves as Vice-President of the Finance Commission at Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Toulouse since October 2021. In addition, Philippe FREY has been an Administrator for both MEDEF 31 and MEDEF Occitanie with Mouvement des Entreprises de France since May 2015. As a Regional Delegate for Occitanie at Syntec-Ingénierie since April 2013, Philippe FREY plays a prominent role in the engineering sector. In a long-standing position, Philippe FREY has held the title of Director of the Buildings Branch for the Egis Group and President of EGIS Bâtiments Sud, Ingesud, and EGIS Monaco since January 2006. Philippe FREY holds an engineering degree in architecture (DPLG / ENSAM) from Marseille and Paris.
