Samuel Tual currently serves as the Vice President and Treasurer of Mouvement des Entreprises de France since July 2023 and has been the President of MEDEF Pays de la Loire since June 2019. With a longstanding association with Groupe Actual since 2001, Samuel holds the positions of President and General Director. Samuel completed education at EDEP from 1987 to 1991 and previously attended Université d'Angers in 1986-1987, where a degree in Deug Sciences Economiques was earned.
