Jim Gray is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon and Clinical Director of Orthopaedic Surgery at Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust since 2009, where they also spearhead innovations in service redesign and digital health tools. They are the founder of DASHmed®, developing a queue management tool for healthcare clinics, and have served as a Specialist Advisor for the Care Quality Commission. Currently, they are a graduate of the Harvard Surgical Leadership Programme and engage as an NHS England Clinical Entrepreneur Fellow. With a subspecialty focus on upper limb surgery, Jim actively contributes to advancing healthcare through effective digital solutions and quality improvement initiatives.
