Michael Zhu

Michael Zhu is an experienced Engineering Manager currently at Medely since March 2023. Previously, Michael served as a Senior Manager in Software Engineering at CalAmp from April 2014 to February 2023, where responsibilities included managing remote development teams, overseeing software projects across diverse technology stacks, and implementing Agile methodologies. Michael has a strong background in leading the development and management of Single-Page Application products, coaching teams, and aligning software solutions with business objectives. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer positions at Wireless Matrix, Enterra Solutions, and CoStar Group, with expertise in full-stack development, particularly in front-end technologies like React.js and Next.js. Michael holds an MBA in Information Technology and an MS in Information Systems from The George Washington University, along with a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
